At Epomaker, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your mechanical keyboard or accessory doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Process

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all keycaps, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated service center, keeping your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
